hosted in using our UNIX Web Hosting plans. Subject to the terms of the Guaranteed Uptime policy, a customer's Web site will be up and available at least 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month, or the customer will receive his or her next month's Web hosting services for free. The Guaranteed Uptime policy is a lifetime guarantee, as long as the customer is using our UNIX Web hosting services.
How to inquiry / request regarding uptime
Please email qa@mintac.com should you have an
inquiry/request regarding uptime. Be sure to enter the domain name in question in the
subject line and perhaps a comment like "uptime inquiry". Once our Quality Assurance team has obtained a report showing actual uptime you will make response. In general, responses will be rendered within 7 days after final uptime report is generated.
